Twarc2 ile Tweet Çekme: Akademik Erişim

Yazının hitap ettiği kitle ise akademisyenler.  2021 yılının başında Twitter'dan Jack arkadaşımız sağolsun akademisyenleri düşündü ve ' academic track ' diye bir kullanım açtı. Bu sayede artık sadece parası kaynağı bol olan üniversiteler değil, sen ben gibi sıradan araştırmacılar da Twitter'dan 2006 yılına ait 10 milyon tweet çekebiliyoruz bütün datasıyla beraber. Şimdi aylık tweet çekme limitimiz 10 milyon mesela. Dakikalık ve 15 dakikalık limitlerimiz de daha yüksek üstelik. Yani 15 Temmuz gecesine ait bütün tivitleri hızlıca toplamak istiyorsunuz mesela, ya da 2015-2018 yılları arasında 'Berat Albayrak' geçen tivitleri çekmek istiyorsunuz. generals.io: yeni nesil age of empires

ödevler veya sınavlar bastırdıkça lise sondan beri sardığım iki şey var: twitter ve oyunlar. twitter'daki hareketliliğimi zaten müşahede ediyorsunuz (22.7k tivit olmuş vay be) ama online oyun kısmını da buraya aksettireyim dedim. ilk herkesin malumu agar.io ile düşmüştük bu bataklığa, son birkaç senedir de slither.io ile devam ediyordum ki karantina sürecinde bir de generals.io'ya sardık. böyle strateji-şans oyunu bir miktar. bu oyunun en sevdiğim yanı ise sonradan replay edebiliyor olmanız. hatta link alıp başkalarıyla da paylaşabiliyorsunuz. güzel oyunlar oynadıkça burayı güncelleyeceğim. bu post'un vazifesi o olacak biraz. aşağıdaki oyunlar benim birinclik ile sonuçlandırdığım ffa oyunlar. ffa, yani free for all. çoğu 8 kişi, herkes tek saldıran saldırana. tabiki de sonuncu olduğum oyunları koymuyorum. >>>> PART 3 <<<< ikna ede ede kazanmak. hem ilk rakibi hem de son rakibi yenilmeye ikna ettim chat'te. http://generals.io/replays/ rOGVf5

teoride sadelik üzerine: siyaset biliminden bir örnek

"Parsimony" diye bir kavram var, sosyal bilimler metodlarında bir ilke olarak çokça zikredilir.  'Occam's razor', o da benzer. Yani, bir teori kurarken, bir açıklama yaparken cılkını çıkarmamak gerekir. Bir açıklama ne kadar basit olursa o kadar kıymetlidir. Sadelik diyebiliriz. Ama yazımdaki sadelik değil, teorideki sadelik. "A, B'yi etkiliyor; B C'yi etkiliyor; C, D'yi etkiliyor.... Y de Z'yi etkiliyor o yüzden A Z'yi etkiliyor" demeyin yani. A'dan Z'ye gidesiye kadar A'nın etkisi eriyip bitiyordur. Kısaca, açıklama yaparken dıdısının dıdısını kurmamak gerekiyor. Bu kadar zikredilmesine rağmen, bu kadar ihlal edilen başka bir ilke var mı bilmiyorum. Bir örnek vermek istedim: Medya seçmenlerin oy tercihlerini değiştiriyor mu? Değiştiriyorsa ne kadar etkili acaba? diye test etmiş siyaset bilimciler. Sonuç: Sürpriz. Doğru düzgün bi etkisi yok. Ama siyaset bilimciler ikna olur mu? Sürekli daha derine kazmak gerekiy

In 2008, Doucouliagos and Ulubasoglu of Deakin University conducted  a meta-analysis of 84 studies  about democracy and economic growth. After evaluating 483 regression estimates from these studies, they find that every outcome about the political democracy and growth relationship is possible; they observe that   37% of the estimates are positive and statistically insignificant 27% of the estimates are positive and statistically significant 15% of the estimates are negative and statistically significant 21% of the estimates are negative and statistically insignificant.

Turks becoming the new 'devil' of Europe

On Saturday night, Family and Social Policies Minister Fatma Betül Sayan Kaya was prevented from going into the Turkish Consulate in the Netherlands' city of Rotterdam, leading to a diplomatic crisis between the two governments. Before this, Foreign Minister Mevlüt Cavuşoğlu had been prevented from delivering a speech in the same country and in Germany. These events, in fact, were the direct results of increasing far-right sentiments against foreigners in Europe, starting with the Brexit vote.
