Bayesian Stuff
Hey guys,
This page is going to give you the assignments that I made for a Bayesian stat class that I am currently taking. All stuff is being and will be done in R. The exercises are from Gelman and Hill's book, Data Analysis Using Regression and Multilevel/Hierarchical Models. You can learn great stuff from these exercises alone, I tried to make them as self-explanatory as possible. But it's better if you read the related chapters first and then have a look at the exercises.
The first two assignments are kind of reviews for the previous issues: linear and non-linear regression models.
The third one is about the multi-level models.
The fourth and the upcoming ones will be on Bayesian.
Disclaimer: In any of these exercises, my answers can be plain wrong. Caution. Some graphs can look cool, but it's not me, it's the R (ggplot pkg more specifically) - so don't be fooled by the cool graphs. There are mistakes, indeed, but I feel too lazy to correct and re-upload them. Think of them as games. You get points as you find my mistakes.

Let me know if any of the links expire.
I will update here as I do more assignments.
